Poet Snow Sports Inc. Photo & Video Release Form
1. Permission to Use Photos & Videos
By signing this release, I grant Poet Snow Sports Inc. the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the Ski Canada 2025/26 Ski Test or any related events. This includes, but is not limited to, use on:
Websites, social media, and digital platforms
Marketing and promotional materials (print & digital)
Editorial content and publications
Advertising campaigns
I understand that these images may be edited, altered, or combined with other media, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.
2. No Compensation
I acknowledge that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my image or likeness. However, as a thank you, Poet Snow Sports Inc. is offering me a 25% discount on skis, snowboards, and apparel upon completion of this form.
3. Rights & Revocation
I understand that this release is voluntary and that I can revoke permission by submitting a written request to Poet Snow Sports Inc. at any time. However, revocation will not apply to materials already in use.
4. Legal Agreement
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, or that a parent/guardian is signing on my behalf if I am under 18. I release Poet Snow Sports Inc., its affiliates, and representatives from any claims related to the use of my image or likeness as outlined in this form.
