For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Poet Snow Sports” refers to the entity responsible for hosting and administering the contest. “The Entrant” refers to any individual who submits an entry to the competition. “The Prize” refers to the item or items awarded to the selected winner(s) of the competition or giveaway, as specified in the Prize Details section of these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize includes one (1) Poet Snow Sports hoodie and one (1) Poet Snow Sports hat.

By entering the giveaway, The Entrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on August 31, 2025. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Poet Snow Sports and notified via Instagram during the first week of September 2025.

The giveaway is open globally. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of the entry date. Employees of Poet Snow Sports are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for shipping costs.

3. Tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments

4. Each additional comment with a unique Instagram user tag counts as an additional entry.

6. Bonus entries: Share this post to your story and tag us @poetskis for 5 additional entries. 

The Prize will be awarded to one randomly selected eligible entrant. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the Prize becomes unavailable, Poet Snow Sports reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or lesser value.

Poet Snow Sports is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

By entering, The Entrant grants Poet Snow Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name and Instagram handle for the purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the giveaway.

Poet Snow Sports reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no liability shall fall on Poet Snow Sports.

All decisions by Poet Snow Sports are final. By participating, The Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Poet Snow Sports from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or any Prize awarded.

Data Protection and Privacy:
Poet Snow Sports will collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to administer the giveaway and fulfill the Prize. Personal data will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without the entrant’s explicit consent.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), entrants may request access to or deletion of their personal data by using the Contact Us page https://poetskis.com/pages/contact.
