HANDCRAFTED QUALITY

Every component of our snowboards, split boards, and skis is meticulously crafted in-house on Vancouver Island, British Columbia where an acute eye for detail reigns. This dedication ensures unwavering quality in every creation that leaves our workshop.

AAA GRADE POPLAR WOOD CORE

All our cores are vertically laminated, knot-free, AAA-grade Poplar. This creates a well-balanced core that translates vibration evenly throughout each piece. While offering a smooth ride, Poplar offers the responsiveness required in a high-performance, premium ski or snowboard.

TOP QUALITY COMPOSITES

Materials matter, and premium composites like Carbon Fibre, Fibreglass, and Titanal refine the flex and feel of your snowboard or skis. Each fibre weave and orientation is meticulously selected to maximize performance and enhance the unique character of every shape we create.

CARBONIUM TOP SHEETS

Our carbonium topsheets have a finely textured surface that mimics a fabric look. They reduce scuffing and tend to handle more abuse while looking new for longer. Carbonium is a very durable, scratch—and chip-resistant material with a high-tech carbon fibre look. This textured material also provides more grip than a gloss topsheet, working as a built-in stomp pad.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE BIO-BASED EPOXY RESIN

We use Entropy Super Sap epoxy systems. Through chemistry, biobased and rapidly renewable raw materials, and efficient manufacturing, Super Sap is a green alternative to more harmful epoxy products. Gentle on the planet and exceptional for premium snow products, it transforms our creations into harmonious masterpieces.

PRECISION CNC CONSTRUCTION

This is where computing power meets the purity of powder. With CNC precision, we craft every component of our snowboards, split boards, and skis in-house. This ensures rapid prototyping and exact repeatability, merging technology with the art of snowcraft.
