Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Poet Skis offers shipping anywhere in the world and we are working to bring you the most cost effective shipping options.

We generally ship orders within 2 business days if the item is in stock. Shipping times will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout. If you would like to receive your order faster please select the appropriate shipping option on the checkout page. All of our skis and snowboards are shipped from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Apparel and other goods may come from various locations and fulfilment partners.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

FOR ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES, EMAIL US AT INFO@POETSKIS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN. YOU MUST GET RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE SENDING IT TO US.

****All of our skis are made in Vancouver Island, BC with great care and quality.  If for some reason you're unhappy with your item upon receiving it, the fit is not right, or there is a defect we will happily replace it or offer you a refund. If you would prefer a different item, email to let us know which one you would prefer and we will make arrangements to send you your new item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy on apparel is 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin your return, please first email us to get a return authorization. DO NOT send your item back without getting a return authorization first!If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, please check our website to ensure that the item is available and instock. Make sure to include the item you would like in your initial email. You are not guaranteed the item until we have taken it out of stock for you and confirmed we can process the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@poetskis.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
